Setup Steps

1. Fill out the New Client Form
Start the process by filling out the New Client Form where we will set up a meeting with you to get to know you, your pet(s), and your needs!

2. Complete First Meeting
During our first meeting, we will come to your home and collect all the information we need to figure out the best care plan for you and your pet(s).

3. Install our Software
Following our initial meeting, you will receive a link to set up an account on our user-friendly pet software called Time to Pet. This can be installed easily on your phone through the app.

4. Your all Set!
Once you’ve completed our simple three-step process to become a client, you’re officially set up. Utilize our software to effortlessly request services, receive detailed report cards on your pet(s) upon completion, and conveniently make payments after we’ve completed the task!
