Our services are provided free of surcharge within a 5-mile radius of Tucker Ranch in Winter Garden, FL. For locations beyond this range, an additional fee of $0.67 per mile applies. Our service coverage extends up to a 10-mile radius.

We understand that plans can change, and we do our best to be flexible. However, last-minute cancellations make it difficult to accommodate other clients. To ensure fairness and keep our schedule running smoothly, we have the following cancellation policy:

More than 24 hours notice: No fee

Less than 24 hours notice: 50% of the service cost will be charged

Same-day cancellations (within a few hours of visit): Full service charge applies

Services booked on holidays will have an extra charge equivalent to 50% of the standard service cost.

-New Year’s Day (Jan 1)

-Martin Luther King Jr. Day (3rd Monday in January)

-Presidents’ Day (3rd Monday in February)

-Good Friday (Friday before Easter- varies by year)

-Easter Sunday (Sunday between March 22 & April 25- varies by year)

-Memorial Day (Last Monday in May)

-Independence Day (July 4)

-Labor Day (First Monday in September)

-Columbus Day (Second Monday in October)

-Veterans Day (November 11)

-Thanksgiving (Fourth Thursday in November)

-Christmas Eve (Dec 24)

-Christmas Day (Dec 25)

-New Years Eve (December 31)
